Mattie V. Rutherford Alternative School Fundraiser Partnership with South Area Council The South Council will match all $$ up to $500.00 for the fundraiser. The items that MVR need at this present moment: 1. Mentors for all students. Contact Mr. Reddick if you are interested 2. Funds to support science labs experiments and equipments. 3. Funds to purchase high interest reading materials for male students. 4. Funds to purchase instructional software and materials. 5. Funds for weekly exit ceremonies 6. Supplies for disadvantage students i.e.. hard black notebooks, see through pencil pouches. three ring note books. 7. Copier for teacher’s direct use. ( Teachers need a place to make copies after the monthly allotment is used up. ) 8. Incentives for students to come to school. 9. Incentives for students to behave and follow direction and make right choices. 10. Neck ties for male student’s i.e.. solid black, blue or maroon and belts. The South Council will match all $$ up to $500.00 for the fundraiser. Cash or check contributions can be offered TODAY in the envelopes provided. Receipts are available.
