Get Involved

Why would you want to participate in Membership Committee?

Gives you full access to meet all new attendees and reason to have individual follow up conversations. (I have made excellent contacts and received referrals doing this activity alone). Excellent exposure, as attendees will get to know you and your company.

To welcome guests at the Lunches and events, introduce them to members, invite them to join, follow up with guests to thank them for attending and encouraging them to join and come again. To promote value of South Council to area businesses/owners; extending personal invitations. To help bolster attendance and retention of current South Council Members. To help grow South Council so that all of our businesses will thrive. To Address the needs of existing members to determine how to help them get the most value from their membership.

Social/Special Events

The Social Committee plans and coordinates “special events” hosted by South Council, including after-hours mixers, themed parties, and member-hosted affairs.  The intent is to provide a casual setting in which South Council members have the opportunity to get to know each other personally and professionally with the belief that these connections will lead to business growth for our members.
