“Social Media for small business”

Jeannie Frederick

Jeannie Frederick

After working in marketing for over 20 years, Jeannie Fredrick has found her niche with WSI, a digital marketing company. Jeannie purchased the franchise in January 2011.

Prior to WSI, Fredrick worked a host of interesting jobs including hotel sales and marketing for a Disney property; membership and marketing director for a country club; and real estate. In 2005, Fredrick finally focused on a freelance writing career, writing for the Daytona News Journal, the Palatka Daily News, the Courier Journal, Welcome Magazine, GRIT Magazine and Florida Retirement Lifestyles.

Her work caught the eye of the owner of the Courier Journal, a small, weekly newspaper in Crescent City, and she was asked to run the paper. Her participation allowed her to see the inner workings of city and county government and the up close methods of law enforcement (including murders, major drug busts, jail breaks and even the Haley Cummings case). Although the work was interesting, she realized the fate of print media.

With Fredrick’s background in marketing and writing, it was the perfect fit when she purchased the WSI franchise, a digital marketing firm.

WSI helps small- to mid-sized business with lead generation, online branding and customer communications. Fredrick meets with businesses, learns their goals and workings of their companies and designs solutions specifically for them to increase revenues.

Jeannie has lived in Jacksonville since February 2010, and sees herself here for a long, long time!

As a young patrol officer he rode “a beat” in downtown Jacksonville, where he developed relationships with citizens and business leaders, believing early in his professional life that connecting with citizens was very important to the success of what Agency is trying to accomplish: reducing and solving crime together with citizens who are engaged with their officers.

He quickly developed a reputation as a police officer who cares about people and likes to work with them to solve their public safety issues.

Sheriff Williams earned his way up the ranks to the appointed position of Director of Investigations and Homeland Security. Through his leadership, strengthening partnerships with federal law enforcement agencies, JSO deploys some of the most advanced technology available in the battle against domestic terrorism, the drug trade, and organized crime.
