Wendy has been a resident of the Jacksonville area since 1984, and a Realtor since 2004. She has a BacheWendy Hugheslor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. Throughout her real estate career and business, she continues her education, with having designations as a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure), E-PRO, Stager, At Home With Diversity, CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). She is also a member of the Jax Chamber and 2016 Small Business Leader of the Year for the South Council. She continues to expand her real estate education with classes that will bring value and benefit to her customers. It is her goal to always provide excellent customer service to her buyers and sellers, while also building her business through referrals.  She is a 2017 Candidate for Woman of the Year for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Amber Rushe is a mortgage loan officer with PNC Bank.  With 12 years of experience as a loan officer, she has helped many clients achieve their dreams of home ownership or meet their financial goals with refinancing.  She is a native of Jacksonville and a graduate of University of Florida with a Finance degree.

Leah Campián is the Regency Commons Branch Vice President for VyStar Credit Union. She has been a BVP since 2011 and been with the company since 2008. Before coming to Jacksonville, Leah lived in Raleigh, NC, where she worked for the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union as a Call Center Manager. She has a Bachelor degree in Education, which shows in her ability to lead others. Leah is passionate about helping people meet their financial goals. She loves teaching her employees how to build effective relationships with members in order to fully understand their needs and provide recommendations on meeting those needs. As a Money Makeover TV Coach for three years, Leah has experience in helping her members identify unique solutions to their financial challenges. Brian Polding  

Dr. Brian Polding has served as Campus College Chair for the School of Business and the College of Information Systems & Technology at the University of Phoenix North Florida Campus since 2002, overseeing academic department chairs and faculty members. He teaches undergraduate and master’s courses in leadership, organizational development, change management, conflict resolution, adult education and ethics. He serves as an Associate Faculty member in the School for Advanced studies teaching doctoral courses in management and research methods and has chaired or served on over sixty dissertation committees.

Dr. Polding earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Florida, and an MA in Student Personnel Counseling and BA in Philosophy from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. In 2012 he was one of eleven alumni recognized by the University of Florida’s College of Education for “distinguished service to higher education”.

Ken Babby became the Owner and CEO of Jacksonville’s Minor League Baseball club in September 2015, and introduced the team’s new identity as the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp on Nov. 2, 2016. Babby, 38, is the youngest multi-team professional sports owner, owning the Akron RubberDucks since October 2012.

Prior to then, the Potomac, Maryland, native spent 13 years in marketing positions with the Washington Post and its online and social media counterparts.
